Product Description
Crafted with precision, our fire sleeve boasts a core of premium, high-quality alkali-free glass fiber combined with resilient silicone rubber. Our alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously mixed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment and then expertly woven into circular tubular embryo tubes via a precise 8-shaped track. This process ensures impeccable weaving uniformity and structural tightness.

The tubular embryos are expertly coated with silicone rubber through a sophisticated coating cylinder, followed by a state-of-the-art vulcanization process in the drying channel.

Our fire sleeve is available in an array of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It retains its flexible and elastic properties within a vast temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand temperatures of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, even when the silicon rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the fiberglass continues to perform admirably.

Designed for versatile application, these products excel in high-temperature environments such as in iron smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. Ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Accommodating a range of needs, our sleeve is available in diverse ID sizes from φ4MM to φ150MM.
Color variety includes rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, and other customizable options to suit your specific requirements.
