Product Description
Crafted from high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and silicone rubber, our fire sleeves represent the pinnacle of innovation in high-temperature insulation. Our meticulous process begins with combining alkali-free glass fibers into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube using a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is then coated meticulously with premium silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a vulcanization process in the drying channel to enhance durability.

Available in four striking colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. It withstands extreme temperatures of 1600ºC for up to 30 seconds, with fiberglass remaining intact even if the silicone rubber burns.

These versatile sleeves excel in high-temperature environments such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical applications. Ideal for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: φ4MM-φ150MM
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with additional custom colors available to suit your needs.
