Our fire sleeves are engineered from superior quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional durability and heat resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber undergoes a sophisticated process where strands are skillfully combined using advanced sand mixing equipment. They are woven into a seamless circular tubular form via a precise 8-shaped track, guaranteeing remarkable uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular form is expertly coated with high-grade silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process within the drying channel, enhancing its protective capabilities.

Available in stunning colors like rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeves maintain soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstand 1600ºC for up to 30 seconds. Even when exposed to extreme temperatures, the fiberglass remains intact, providing unparalleled safety.

Our versatile fireproof sleeves serve critical functions in high-temperature areas such as ironworks, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. They are indispensable for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Available Sleeve ID sizes range from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse application needs.
