Product Description
Crafted from high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and resilient silicone rubber, our fire sleeves offer unparalleled durability and heat resistance. Our alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously combined into strands via state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment. It's then woven into a robust circular tubular structure using a precision 8-shaped track, ensuring uniform weaving and structural integrity.

This expertly woven tubular structure is coated with premium silicone rubber through our advanced coating cylinder process, followed by thorough vulcanization in our specialized drying channel.

Available in four vibrant colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves maintain their soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, they can withstand temperatures of 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even if the silicone burns, the fiberglass remains effective.

Versatile and robust, these products are ideal for high-temperature environments in industries like iron smelting, shipbuilding, and chemical processing. Applications include protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large-scale construction, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: φ4MM-φ150MM, catering to a wide range of applications.
Available Colors: Choose from rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom color options are also available to meet your specific needs.
