Introducing our Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves, designed to provide unmatched protection! These high-performance High Temperature Protective Sleeves are crafted from premium silicone fiberglass materials, ensuring robust thermal resistance even in the most demanding environments.
The tubular structures are then delicately coated with premium silicone rubber via a cutting-edge coating cylinder. Following this, they undergo a rigorous vulcanization process through a specialized drying channel, enhancing durability and thermal resistance.
Our Fire Protective Sleeve is available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It retains its soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even if the silicone rubber is compromised at these high temperatures, the fiberglass maintains its structural integrity.
These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments, including ironworks, smelting operations, marine applications, and chemical processing areas.
