This high-quality fiber is expertly formed into strands via advanced sand mixing technology and intricately woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. Our unique weaving process, characterized by a meticulous tight 8-shaped track, ensures unparalleled uniformity and structural integrity. The embryo tube is then enveloped in a robust layer of silicone rubber, applied through a specialized coating cylinder, and skillfully vulcanized in our state-of-the-art drying channel. This exceptional sleeve retains its soft and elastic properties across a remarkable temperature range of -65℃ to 260℃. Furthermore, it withstands extreme temperatures up to 1600℃ for 15 to 30 seconds, demonstrating its resilience even when the silicone rubber is subjected to high heat. The underlying fiberglass remains steadfast, making it an ideal choice for high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting operations, marine applications, and chemical processing zones.
