This superior material is meticulously crafted into strands using state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment, then skillfully woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. This is achieved through a precise tight 8-shaped track, ensuring impeccable uniformity and a robust, tightly-knit structure. To enhance its durability, the embryo tube receives a protective coating of silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a vulcanization process in the drying channel. This sophisticated treatment allows the sleeve to maintain its soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range from -65℃ to 260℃. Remarkably, it can withstand extreme heat up to 1600℃ for a duration of 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber is compromised at high temperatures, the resilient fiberglass remains functional. Our products are ideal for high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting operations, maritime applications, and chemical industries.
