This superior glass fiber is intricately combined into resilient strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, and then expertly woven into a robust circular tubular embryo tube. This process utilizes a precise tight 8-shaped track to guarantee impeccable weaving uniformity and structural tightness. To enhance its performance, the embryo tube is meticulously coated with high-grade silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a sophisticated vulcanization process in the drying channel. This ensures the sleeve maintains its soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range, from a chilly -65℃ to a scorching 260℃. Remarkably, it can withstand a blistering temperature of 1600℃ for durations of 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the steadfast fiberglass remains operational.
