Presenting our Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves: Silicone Fiberglass Sleeves expertly engineered for superior high-temperature protection and thermal insulation.

Product Description
Constructed using premium quality alkali-free glass fiber and fortified with silicone rubber, our fire sleeves offer unmatched durability and safety. Our meticulous manufacturing process includes combining alkali-free glass fiber into sturdy strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are expertly woven into circular tubular forms on a tight 8-shaped track, ensuring consistent weave quality and robust structural integrity.

The woven tubular structure is then precisely coated with silicone rubber using state-of-the-art coating cylinders, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in our advanced drying channels.

Available in four stunning colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves maintain their soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, they can endure extreme conditions of up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. The resilient fiberglass core remains functional even when the silicone rubber is compromised by high heat.

Our fireproof sleeves are ideal for extreme environments such as ironworks, smelting operations, marine applications, and chemical processing areas. They reliably protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, and electrical voltage equipment. Additionally, they are perfect for large scale buildings, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID sizes range from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating a wide variety of applications.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black, with customization available for other colors upon request.
