The tubular embryo is expertly coated with high-grade silicone rubber via our state-of-the-art coating cylinder and then undergoes a rigorous vulcanization process within the drying channel, enhancing its protective attributes.
Our fire sleeve is available in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands extreme temperatures of up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even at these high temperatures, the embedded fiberglass remains effective, even when the silicone rubber is compromised.
These robust products are ideal for high-temperature environments such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They are perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom colors are also available to meet specific aesthetic requirements.
