Product Description
Our fire sleeves are meticulously crafted using high-quality, alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, ensuring superior fire resistance and structural integrity. The process begins with the alkali-free glass fiber being expertly intertwined into strands by our advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are then meticulously woven into a circular tubular structure via a precise tight 8-shaped track, guaranteeing consistent weaving and a tightly-knit structure.

Following the weaving, the tubular structure is expertly coated with silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder. This is followed by a vulcanization process in the drying channel, enhancing the sleeve's durability and heat resistance.

Our fire sleeves boast a stunning array of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC, and can withstand extreme temperatures up to 1600ºC for short durations (15S-30S). When the silicone rubber is exposed to intense heat, the underlying fiberglass continues to perform efficiently.

These versatile products are perfect for high-temperature zones in industries such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Ideal applications include shielding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Available in a range of sleeve ID sizes: φ4MM-φ150MM, ensuring perfect fit for varied applications.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, with opportunities for customized hues to meet specific demands.
