Our fire sleeves are meticulously engineered using premium alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring superior performance in the most demanding environments. Through sophisticated sand mixing equipment, the alkali-free glass fibers are expertly assembled into strands and woven into a seamless circular tubular form using a precision 8-shaped track. This meticulous process guarantees uniform weaving and structural integrity.

The precision-engineered tubular forms are meticulously coated with high-quality silicone rubber via advanced coating cylinders and undergo a thorough vulcanization process within a specialized drying channel, enhancing their resilience.

Our fire sleeves come in a palette of four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their flexible elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and can endure brief exposure to an intense 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains intact even if the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat.

These versatile products are ideally suited for applications in high-temperature environments such as iron and steel plants, smelting facilities, maritime sectors, and chemical industries. They provide reliable protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
