Product Description
Our fire sleeves are made from superior quality alkali-free glass fiber combined with resilient silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional heat resistance and durability. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously transformed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are then expertly woven into a circular tubular form via a precise 8-shaped track, guaranteeing the highest level of weaving uniformity and structural integrity.

This tubular form is expertly coated with silicone rubber through our state-of-the-art coating cylinder and then undergoes a vulcanization process within a sophisticated drying channel to ensure optimal performance.

Available in four striking colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves maintain their soft elasticity within a temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand extreme temperatures of 1600ºC for up to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains intact even if the silicone rubber burns.

These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries. They are perfect for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: φ4MM-φ150MM
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom colors are available upon request to match your brand or specific requirements.
