Product Description
Our fire sleeves are expertly manufactured using premium-quality, alkali-free glass fiber seamlessly integrated with robust silicone rubber. This combination ensures unmatched heat resistance, making it ideal for demanding applications. The creation of our alkali-free glass fiber begins with precision sand-mixing equipment. These fibers are then expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube using a meticulous tight 8-shaped track technique, achieving exceptional uniformity in weaving and structural integrity.

Following the weaving process, the embryo tube receives a high-performance silicone rubber coating via a specialized coating cylinder. It then undergoes a vulcanization process within a drying channel to enhance its durability and resilience.

Our fire sleeves are available in a range of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their flexible and elastic properties across a wide temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, they endure extreme heat up to 1600ºC for brief periods (15S-30S), with the fiberglass maintaining functionality even when the silicone rubber combusts.

Versatile and robust, these products are ideal for high-temperature applications in industries such as iron and smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. They effectively protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill components, generator assemblies, electrical voltage equipment, large-scale buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
