Crafted from top-tier alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, our fire sleeve embodies durability and resilience under extreme conditions. Using state-of-the-art sand mixing technology, the alkali-free glass fiber is expertly formed into strands, meticulously woven into a circular tubular shape using an innovative 8-shaped track. This ensures unparalleled weaving uniformity and structural integrity.

The meticulously crafted tubular form is seamlessly coated with premium silicone rubber via a sophisticated coating cylinder, followed by a rigorous vulcanization process within a specialized drying channel.

Available in a palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its soft, elastic nature between temperatures of -65ºC to 260ºC, and can withstand up to 1600ºC for short durations. Remarkably, the fiberglass structure remains intact even when the silicone rubber is compromised by extreme heat.

Ideal for deployment in high-temperature zones across industries such as iron smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large-scale constructions, hydraulic apparatus, automotive harnesses, and exhaust systems.
