The embryo tube undergoes a specialized coating process with silicone rubber via a coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process through our drying channel.
Available in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, the fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. It withstands temperatures of 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when silicone rubber is compromised at high temperatures, the resilient fiberglass remains effective.
Perfectly suited for high temperature environments, these products are indispensable in iron and smelting industries, shipbuilding, and chemical sectors. Applicable to cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical systems, large buildings, hydraulic equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various application needs.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom colors are available to meet specific aesthetic or functional requirements.
