The resulting embryo tube is meticulously coated with silicone rubber using a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in the drying channel, ensuring maximum heat resistance and longevity.
Our fire sleeves are available in an eye-catching palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Remarkably, they maintain their soft elasticity across a temperature range from an icy -65ºC to a scorching 260ºC, and can withstand temperatures of 1600ºC for up to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to intense heat, the fiberglass remains steadfast and fully functional.
