Product Description
Crafted from top-tier materials, our fire sleeves are built with high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring superior heat resistance and durability. Our alkali-free glass fiber is expertly assembled into strands through advanced sand mixing equipment and subsequently woven into seamless circular tubular embryo tubes. This meticulous 8-shaped track weaving process guarantees consistent structure and exceptional tightness.

The woven embryo tubes are uniformly coated with premium silicone rubber using a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process in the drying channel for enhanced resiliency and strength.

With an array of stunning colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves retain their flexible, elastic properties across a temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, they withstand exposure to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, maintaining fiberglass integrity even when the silicon rubber succumbs to extreme heat.

Our versatile sleeves serve crucial roles in high-temperature environments such as iron and steel production, smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They are ideal for protecting cables, fluid and oil pipes, rolling mill cables, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
