Introducing our exceptional Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves: These high-temperature protective sleeves are crafted using premium silicone fiberglass, ensuring superior protection and resilience against extreme heat.
This intricately woven tubular structure is then coated with a resilient layer of silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder process, followed by vulcanization through a state-of-the-art drying channel.
Our Fire Protective Sleeve comes in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It remains soft and elastic within an impressive temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands up to 1600ºC for short durations of 15 to 30 seconds. Even if the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the fiberglass continues to perform.
These versatile products excel in high-temperature environments like iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries. Ideal for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
Our sleeves cater to a variety of needs with an internal diameter ranging from φ4MM to φ150MM.
