Product Description
Our fire sleeve is meticulously fabricated from the finest alkali-free glass fiber, combined with durable silicone rubber, offering unmatched thermal protection. Utilizing state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment, the alkali-free glass fiber is expertly transformed into strands and woven into a circular tubular embryo tube. This precise 8-shaped track weaving guarantees uniformity and structural integrity, ensuring superior performance.

The tubular structure is skillfully coated with silicone rubber via a cutting-edge coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process in our advanced drying channel, enhancing its durability and fireproof capabilities.

Our fire sleeve is available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It retains its soft elasticity between -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands a blazing 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the resilient fiberglass continues to perform.

Ideal for application in high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting plants, maritime operations, and chemical facilities. Perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic devices, automotive harness systems, and exhaust systems.

Available in a broad range of sizes, our Sleeve ID size spans from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various industrial needs.
Choose from our vibrant color palette: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, and more. Custom colors are available upon request to suit your specific preferences.
