Product Description
Crafted from the finest quality alkali-free glass fiber and fortified with robust silicone rubber, our fire sleeves promise unparalleled durability and insulation. Utilizing advanced sand mixing technology, the alkali-free glass fiber is expertly crafted into strands, then woven into a seamless tubular structure via a meticulous figure-eight track method, ensuring impeccable uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is expertly coated with a resilient layer of silicone rubber through our precision coating process and undergoes vulcanization in the drying channel for enhanced longevity.

Our fire sleeves are available in an array of striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. These sleeves maintain their elasticity between -65ºC to 260ºC, and can endure up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains intact even if the silicone rubber is compromised at extreme temperatures.

Ideal for high-temperature environments such as iron smelting, marine, and chemical industries, our products provide exceptional protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, and more, including large building applications, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust piping.

Sleeve ID size: Available from φ4MM to φ150MM
Color: Choose from rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, or customize with a color of your preference.
