These strands are then intricately woven into circular tubular embryo tubes using a precise 8-shaped track methodology, ensuring both uniformity in weaving and structural integrity. To further enhance its resilience, the embryo tube is meticulously coated with durable silicone rubber through an advanced coating cylinder and subsequently vulcanized within a specialized drying channel. This process endows the sleeve with an impressive capability to maintain its soft, elastic properties across a vast temperature range of -65℃ to 260℃. Furthermore, it demonstrates remarkable endurance, withstanding temperatures as high as 1600℃ for up to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the resilient fiberglass continues to perform.
