The cornerstone of our fire sleeve is the premium alkali-free glass fiber, a material renowned for its resilience and versatility. This exceptional glass fiber is expertly formed into robust strands using sophisticated sand mixing technology. These strands are then intricately woven into a circular tubular embryo tube, utilizing a precise 8-shaped track to ensure impeccable uniformity and structural integrity. The next phase involves coating the embryo tube with high-grade silicone rubber, which is meticulously applied through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a state-of-the-art vulcanization process in a controlled drying channel. This advanced manufacturing technique allows the sleeve to maintain its soft and flexible nature across an impressive temperature range of -65℃ to 260℃, while also withstanding extreme temperatures of up to 1600℃ for short bursts of 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, even when the silicone rubber succumbs to intense heat, the underlying fiberglass remains operational, ensuring continued protection. Our versatile fire sleeves are ideally suited for demanding environments such as iron and steel production, smelting operations, marine applications, and chemical processing zones. They provide paramount safety and reliability for components like cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large constructions, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
