Product Description
The cornerstone of our fire sleeve construction is the premium-grade alkali-free glass fiber paired with robust silicone rubber, ensuring exceptional durability and protection. Our alkali-free glass fiber is expertly processed using state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment, intricately woven into a seamless circular tubular structure via an advanced 8-shaped weaving technique. This ensures consistency and superior structural integrity.

The woven embryo tube undergoes a meticulous coating process with silicone rubber, followed by precise vulcanization in the drying channel, ensuring optimal performance and resilience.

Available in striking hues: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Our fire sleeve maintains its flexibility at temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand brief exposures up to 1600ºC (15-30 seconds). Even if the silicone rubber chars, the fiberglass remains functional, providing unrivaled protection.

Versatile Applications: Ideal for extreme heat environments like ironworks, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries. Protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
