Product Description
Crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, this fire sleeve offers superior thermal resistance and durability, making it a top choice for demanding applications. Our advanced production process combines alkali-free glass fiber into strands using cutting-edge sand mixing equipment. These strands are expertly woven into an 8-shaped track, forming a circular tubular embryo tube that guarantees uniform weaving and structural integrity.

Once the embryo tube is meticulously crafted, it is coated with high-quality silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder. The tube is then carefully vulcanized in our state-of-the-art drying channel, ensuring optimum quality and resilience.

Our fire sleeve is available in a stunning palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Designed to maintain its soft, elastic properties between -65ºC and 260ºC, it can withstand temperatures of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, even if the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the fiberglass framework continues to perform.

Versatile and robust, these products are ideal for high-temperature areas across industries such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Perfect for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generator and electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Available in a wide range of sleeve ID sizes, from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse application needs.
Our color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, and a range of customizable colors to suit your specific requirements.
