The woven embryo tube is expertly coated with silicone rubber in a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a careful vulcanization process in our state-of-the-art drying channel.
Available in stunning rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, these fire sleeves maintain their flexible, elastic nature in temperatures ranging from a chilly -65ºC to a scorching 260ºC. Remarkably, they can withstand up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat, the high-quality fiberglass maintains functionality.
