Crafted from the finest materials, our fire sleeve features high-quality, alkali-free glass fiber combined with durable silicone rubber to offer exceptional resistance. Our manufacturing process ensures perfection, as alkali-free glass fiber strands are expertly woven into a seamless circular tubular structure, guaranteeing uniformity and robust construction.

After weaving, the tubular structure is meticulously coated with silicone rubber and undergoes precise vulcanization, enhancing its durability and resilience against extreme temperatures.

Available in an array of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its soft, elastic nature between -65ºC and 260ºC, and withstands up to 1600ºC for short durations, ensuring continuous fiberglass protection even if the silicone burns.

Our versatile products excel in high-temperature environments such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical industries, safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, and more.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse application needs.
