Product Description
Crafted with precision, our fire sleeves are made from premium alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, ensuring top-tier durability and reliability. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly formed into strands using advanced sand mixing technology, then meticulously woven into a tubular structure via a specialized 8-shaped track. This process guarantees exceptional uniformity and structural integrity, providing a flawless protective sleeve.

The seamless embryo tube undergoes a rigorous coating process with silicone rubber, followed by a thorough vulcanization in our state-of-the-art drying channel, resulting in a sleeve that excels in performance.

Our fire sleeve is available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Designed to maintain its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC, it withstands extreme temperatures of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when silicone rubber succumbs to heat, the resilient fiberglass continues to perform.

These versatile products are perfect for industries like iron smelting, maritime, and chemicals, ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust systems.
