Crafted with meticulous care, the main material of our fire sleeve is top-tier, high-quality alkali-free glass fiber. This exceptional fiber is skillfully combined into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, and then intricately woven into a circular tubular embryo tube along a precise and tight 8-shaped track. This ensures superior uniformity in weaving and a robust structural integrity. The embryo tube undergoes a sophisticated coating process with durable silicone rubber via a coating cylinder, followed by a state-of-the-art vulcanization process through a drying channel. Our product astonishingly retains its soft elastic properties across a wide temperature range from -65℃ to 260℃, and can withstand intense heat of up to 1600℃ for an impressive 15 to 30 seconds. Even when exposed to extremely high temperatures that burn the silicone rubber, the fiberglass continues to perform reliably. This makes our products ideal for demanding high-temperature applications such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They are perfectly suited for use with cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
