The embryo tube receives a coating of durable silicone rubber in the coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process through the drying channel, ensuring optimal performance.
Available in a stunning palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC, with an incredible resistance to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to high temperatures, the resilient fiberglass retains its functionality.
These versatile products are indispensable in high temperature environments such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical industries.
