Product Description
Crafted with precision, the core material of our fire sleeve consists of top-tier alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, ensuring maximum thermal protection and durability. Our alkali-free glass fiber is expertly transformed into strands through advanced sand-mixing equipment. These strands are then intricately woven into a circular tubular form using a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring impeccable uniformity and structural integrity.

Once woven, the tubular form is expertly coated with high-quality silicone rubber using a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process in the drying channel to enhance its resilience.

Available in a spectrum of colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve remains pliable and elastic from temperatures as low as -65ºC to an impressive 260ºC, and can withstand 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even when exposed to extreme heat, the fiberglass maintains integrity after the silicone rubber burns away.

Ideal for high-temperature zones such as iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries, these products excel in protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generator components, electrical voltage devices, major construction projects, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Our sleeves are available in ID sizes ranging from φ4MM to φ150MM to meet diverse application needs.
