The embryo tube is expertly coated with silicone rubber via an advanced coating cylinder and subsequently vulcanized through a sophisticated drying channel, ensuring optimal durability and resilience.
Available in four striking colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve maintains its supple elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. It can withstand up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. While the silicone rubber combusts at such high temperatures, the underlying fiberglass continues to provide reliable function.
Our versatile products are perfect for high-temperature applications in industries such as iron, smelting, shipbuilding, and chemical processing. Ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, generator components, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
Our sleeves are available in a wide range of sizes, from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse application needs.
