Product Description
Crafted with precision, our fire sleeve features a fusion of superior quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring maximum durability and resilience. Our advanced sand mixing technology expertly weaves alkali-free glass fiber into circular tubular structures using a sophisticated 8-shaped track design. This meticulous process guarantees uniform weaving and a structurally tight finish.

Each sleeve undergoes a precise coating of silicone rubber in our state-of-the-art coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process in the high-tech drying channel for superior performance.

Available in a stunning palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, these sleeves maintain their soft elasticity in temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, they endure extreme heat of up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, with fiberglass remaining functional even if the silicone rubber succumbs to the intense temperature.

Our versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments like ironworks, smelting operations, maritime applications, and chemical industries. They protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Available Sleeve ID sizes range from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse application needs.
Available in vibrant hues of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black, with custom color options to suit your aesthetic preferences.
