Crafted from premium materials, our fire sleeves boast high-quality alkali-free glass fiber woven together with resilient silicone rubber, offering unparalleled heat resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously processed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, then woven into a circular tubular form through a precise 8-shaped track. This method guarantees consistent weaving uniformity and exceptional structural integrity.

The tubular form is then enveloped in silicone rubber using a state-of-the-art coating cylinder and meticulously vulcanized through a sophisticated drying channel to ensure durability and performance.

Our Fire Sleeves are available in an array of captivating colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their supple elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstand temperatures of 1600ºC for up to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to intense heat, the durable fiberglass remains steadfast.

Perfect for high-temperature environments in industries such as ironworks, smelting, boating, and chemical processing. These sleeves protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipes, generators, voltage equipment, large infrastructure, hydraulic machines, automotive wiring, and exhaust pipes with unyielding efficiency.
