Crafted from superior quality alkali-free glass fiber combined with resilient silicone rubber, our fire sleeve defines excellence in durability and safety. The alkali-free glass fiber strands are expertly merged using advanced sand mixing equipment, then meticulously woven into a circular tubular form via a precise 8-shaped track. This process guarantees impeccable uniformity in weaving and a robust structural integrity.

The tubular form is meticulously coated with silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder and then undergoes a thorough vulcanization process in the drying channel, enhancing its resilience and longevity.

Available in a spectrum of colors such as rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its flexible elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstands extreme temperatures of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to high heat, the fiberglass continues to perform efficiently.

Ideal for high-temperature environments, our products are indispensable in industries like iron, smelting, maritime, and chemicals. They are perfect for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, and various electrical and hydraulic systems, enhancing the durability of automotive harnesses and exhaust pipes.
