Once the embryo tube is formed, it is expertly coated with silicone rubber using a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a thorough vulcanization process within the drying channel to ensure optimal durability.
Our fire sleeve is available in a rich palette of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. Impressively, it retains its soft elasticity in temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC, and withstands exposure to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber faces extreme temperatures, the fiberglass remains functional.
These versatile products are ideal for use in high-temperature environments across various industries, including iron and smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors.
