Product Description
Our fire sleeve is engineered using high-quality alkali-free glass fiber combined with durable silicone rubber, ensuring robust insulation and fire resistance. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously crafted into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are then expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube through a precision 8-shaped track, guaranteeing uniform weaving and a tightly knit structure.

The embryo tube is seamlessly coated with high-grade silicone rubber via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization process in the drying channel, enhancing its durability and effectiveness.

Our fire sleeve boasts a vibrant palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, maintaining its soft elasticity across temperatures from -65ºC to 260ºC. Remarkably, it can endure temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds, while the fiberglass remains functional even if the silicone rubber is compromised at high temperatures.

These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting, marine, and chemical industries. They are perfect for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
