Product Description
Our fire sleeve is expertly engineered using premium alkali-free glass fiber, enhanced with robust silicone rubber for superior protection. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously combined into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. It is then intricately woven into a circular tubular embryo tube on a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring impeccable uniformity and a tightly structured weave.

The finely woven embryo tube is expertly coated with high-performance silicone rubber through our state-of-the-art coating cylinder and subsequently vulcanized in the drying channel for maximum durability.

Our fire sleeve dazzles in four striking colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It retains its soft, elastic properties across a temperature range of -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand intense heat of up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even if the silicone rubber burns, the fiberglass remains resilient.

Ideal for use in high-temperature zones like iron smelting, boating, and chemical industries, these sleeves protect cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating a diverse array of applications.
Available in an array of colors including rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Custom colors are also available to suit your specific needs.
