Product Description
Crafted from premium alkali-free glass fiber and fortified with resilient silicone rubber, our fire sleeves are engineered for superior performance. The alkali-free glass fibers are meticulously combined into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, and then woven into a circular tubular embryo tube with precision, ensuring uniform weaving and a robust structure.

Our innovative coating cylinder delicately applies silicone rubber to the embryo tube, which is then expertly vulcanized in our state-of-the-art drying channel.

Available in a palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeves maintain their flexibility from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand intense heat of 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains effective even if the silicone is compromised at high temperatures.

These versatile products are indispensable in high-temperature environments such as ironworks, smelting facilities, maritime vessels, and chemical plants. They are ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
