Product Description
Our fire sleeve is expertly engineered using top-tier materials, featuring high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring unmatched performance. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously combined into fine strands utilizing advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are then expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube via a precision 8-shaped track, guaranteeing unparalleled weaving uniformity and structural integrity.

The woven embryo tube is then masterfully coated with premium silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a precise vulcanization process in the drying channel, enhancing its durability.

Our fire sleeves are available in four exquisite colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their soft, elastic properties from -65ºC to 260ºC, and can withstand extreme temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15S-30S. Even when the silicone rubber is compromised, the fiberglass remains resilient and functional.

These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments across various industries, including iron and smelting, maritime, and chemical applications. Suitable for use with cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Our sleeve is available in a range of sizes, from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse requirements.
Choose from an array of stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black, with the option for custom colors to meet your specific needs.
