Product Description
Crafted from the finest materials, our fire sleeves boast superior quality through a combination of high-grade alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, ensuring unmatched durability and performance. Our process integrates alkali-free glass fiber into cohesive strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These are expertly woven into a circular tubular form via an intricate 8-shaped track, guaranteeing consistent weaving and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is meticulously coated with a layer of silicone rubber using a precision coating cylinder, followed by thorough vulcanization in the drying channel, enhancing its resilience and thermal insulation properties.

Available in four stunning colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve retains its supple elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC. For short bursts, it withstands an intense 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even if the silicone burns, the fiberglass remains effective.

Our versatile sleeves find applications in high-temperature environments such as iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical industries. Ideal for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical equipment, large constructions, hydraulic systems, automotive harnesses, and exhaust pipes.
