Product Description
Crafted from premium-grade materials, our fire sleeve features high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, offering a reliable shield against extreme heat. The alkali-free glass fiber is expertly combined into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. It is then woven into a circular tubular embryo tube via a precise tight 8-shaped track, guaranteeing superior uniformity in weaving and a tightly knit structure.

The embryo tube undergoes a meticulous coating process with silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, followed by a vulcanization process in the drying channel, enhancing its durability and fire resistance.

Available in four striking colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeve retains its soft, elastic properties at temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC. It can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds, with fiberglass maintaining its integrity even when the silicone rubber burns.

These versatile products find applications in high-temperature areas such as iron smelting, marine environments, and chemical industries. They are ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: φ4MM-φ150MM
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black. Customization is available to suit specific aesthetic preferences.
