This alkali-free glass fiber is expertly transformed into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment, and meticulously woven into a seamless, circular tubular embryo tube using a precise 8-shaped track. This ensures superior uniformity and structural integrity. To fortify its resilience, the embryo tube is coated with durable silicone rubber through a specialized coating cylinder, then expertly vulcanized in a controlled drying channel. The result is a sleeve that maintains its soft, elastic properties across a wide temperature range from -65℃ to 260℃, and withstands extreme temperatures up to 1600℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to high heat, the robust fiberglass remains intact, providing continued protection. This versatile product is ideal for high-temperature applications in industries such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. It is perfect for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
