Crafted from the finest alkali-free glass fiber and premium silicone rubber, our fire sleeve stands as a testament to quality and durability. The alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously intertwined into strands via advanced sand mixing equipment, and woven into a circular tubular embryo tube using a precise 8-shaped track. This technique guarantees an exquisite uniformity in weaving and a robust structural integrity.

Our process involves skillfully coating the embryo tube with high-quality silicone rubber within a coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization in the drying channel, ensuring a flawless finish.

Available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, our fire sleeve maintains its soft elasticity between -65ºC to 260ºC. It valiantly withstands temperatures of 1600ºC for 15S-30S, with fiberglass maintaining its integrity even when the silicone rubber succumbs to extreme heat.

Perfect for diverse applications in high-temperature environments across industries like iron, smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Ideal for protecting cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cable oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large structures, hydraulic pressure systems, automotive wiring, and exhaust pipes.

Our sleeves come in a versatile range of sizes with inner diameters spanning from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to various needs.
