These strands are intricately woven into a circular tubular form through a precise 8-shaped track, guaranteeing impeccable uniformity and structural integrity. The tubular form is further enhanced with a silicone rubber coating, applied via a specialized coating cylinder, followed by vulcanization in our state-of-the-art drying channel. Designed to perform under extreme conditions, our sleeve maintains its soft, elastic properties across a temperature spectrum from -65℃ to an impressive 260℃, and can withstand brief exposure to 1600℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass component continues to function even if the silicone rubber succumbs to intense heat. This exceptional product is ideal for high-temperature environments such as those found in iron and steel smelting, marine applications, and the chemical industry.
