Product Description
Crafted from the finest high-quality alkali-free glass fiber and robust silicone rubber, our fire sleeve material sets a new standard in protection. Our alkali-free glass fiber is meticulously combined into durable strands using cutting-edge sand mixing equipment. These strands are then expertly woven into a circular tubular embryo tube through a precise tight 8-shaped track, ensuring consistent weave uniformity and structural integrity.

The meticulously crafted embryo tube is seamlessly coated with premium silicone rubber via a state-of-the-art coating cylinder, followed by vulcanization through our high-tech drying channel for optimal performance.

Available in four captivating colors—rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black—our fire sleeves maintain their soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and withstand 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Remarkably, the fiberglass remains functional even if the silicone rubber is exposed to extreme temperatures.

Ideal for high-temperature applications in industries such as iron smelting, marine, and chemical sectors. Perfectly suited for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic pressure equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.

Sleeve ID size: Ranges from φ4MM to φ150MM, accommodating various needs.
Color Options: Choose from rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, black, or customize to your specific preferences.
