Product Description
Crafted using premium, high-quality alkali-free glass fiber blended seamlessly with resilient silicone rubber, these fire sleeves offer superior heat resistance. Our alkali-free glass fiber is expertly spun into strands using state-of-the-art sand mixing equipment. These are then intricately woven into circular tubular forms via a precise 8-shaped track, ensuring utmost uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular structure is enveloped with a layer of silicone rubber, meticulously applied via a coating cylinder and expertly vulcanized in our advanced drying channels.

Available in a palette of rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black, these sleeves maintain their soft, elastic properties across a vast temperature range spanning from -65ºC to 260ºC, and can endure intense heat of 1600ºC for 15-30 seconds. Even if the silicone layer burns at very high temperatures, the fiberglass core remains resilient.

Our versatile fire sleeves thrive in demanding environments, providing unbeatable protection for applications in iron smelting, marine, chemical industries, and more. Perfect for safeguarding cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large edifices, hydraulic systems, automotive harness setups, and exhaust pipes.

Available Sleeve ID sizes ranging from φ4MM to φ150MM, catering to diverse application needs.
Color options include rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, yellow, grey, and black, with the flexibility to customize additional color preferences.
