Our cutting-edge fire sleeve is engineered from superior-grade alkali-free glass fiber combined with robust silicone rubber, ensuring unparalleled durability and fire resistance. Alkali-free glass fiber is expertly crafted into strands using advanced sand mixing equipment. These strands are intricately woven into a seamless circular tubular form through a precision-engineered 8-shaped track, guaranteeing uniformity and structural integrity.

The tubular form is meticulously coated with silicone rubber using state-of-the-art coating cylinders, followed by a rigorous vulcanization process through specialized drying channels, ensuring maximum resilience and performance.

Our Fire Sleeves are available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their flexible elasticity in temperatures ranging from -65ºC to 260ºC, and withstand extreme heat up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even if the silicone rubber succumbs to high temperatures, the fiberglass core remains intact, safeguarding your investments.

Designed for the toughest environments, these products are ideal for use in iron, smelting, boat, and chemical high-temperature areas. They provide essential protection for cables, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipes, generators, electrical voltage equipment, large structures, hydraulic systems, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
