Introducing our Heat-Resistant Fireproof Sleeves – the ultimate solution for safeguarding against extreme temperatures. These High Temperature Protective Sleeves, crafted with premium silicone fiberglass, offer unparalleled protection and durability.
Once formed, the tubular structure is seamlessly coated with silicone rubber using a specialized coating cylinder and then undergoes a vulcanization process in our state-of-the-art drying channel.
Our Fire Protective Sleeve is available in four stunning colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. It maintains its soft, elastic properties across a broad temperature range from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand temperatures up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. Even when the silicone rubber succumbs to intense heat, the resilient fiberglass continues to perform.
These versatile products are indispensable in high-temperature environments such as iron, smelting, marine, and chemical industries.
