The tube undergoes a sophisticated silicone rubber coating process using a state-of-the-art coating cylinder, followed by a meticulous vulcanization in the drying channel, enhancing its durability.
Our fire sleeves are available in a spectrum of colors: rust red, glittering silver, sky blue, and pure black. They maintain their soft elasticity from -65ºC to 260ºC and can withstand up to 1600ºC for 15 to 30 seconds. The fiberglass remains functional even after the silicone rubber is exposed to extreme temperatures.
These versatile products are ideal for high-temperature environments across various industries, including iron, smelting, maritime, and chemical sectors. Perfect for applications such as cable, fluid pipes, rolling mill cables, oil pipelines, generators, electrical voltage systems, large structures, hydraulic equipment, automotive harness systems, and exhaust pipes.
